Dovista Colleagues Conquer the Yorkshire Three Peaks for Charity
On 5th September, a team of dedicated Dovista UK colleagues laced up their boots and took on the legendary Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge, all in the name of raising funds for the National Autistic Society.
The Challenge
The Yorkshire Three Peaks is no small feat. Spanning 24 miles and 1,585m of ascent, the route includes Pen-y-ghent, Whernside, and Ingleborough. Some of our colleagues tackled one or two peaks, while others completed all three — but every single step was a testament to months of training, teamwork, and commitment.
The Team
Our incredible adventurers were:
Alison Young, Angela Kay Dragan, Charlotte Williams, Dan Allen, James Wesley, Lesley Millar, Luke Dixon, Mat Salter, Max Walker, Neil Brooks, Sophie Longford, Steve Ward, Tom Kingsnorth & Tom Kirk.
Special thanks go to Nikki and Jo, who provided much-needed support as cheerleaders, snack providers, and motivators throughout the day.
Why We Walked
The team chose to support the National Autistic Society, a charity that works tirelessly to transform lives, change attitudes, and create a society that works for autistic people. Every donation raised will go towards funding essential services, campaigns, and support networks for individuals and families affected by autism.
Heroes of the Peaks
This challenge demanded grit, resilience, and determination — and our colleagues delivered in every sense. From battling steep climbs to pushing through tired legs, their collective effort has been nothing short of inspiring.
👏 A huge congratulations to everyone who took part. You are all heroes, and we are so proud of what you have achieved!
